Can I build custom AI agents?
Yes. Our no-code agent builder lets anyone create custom agents. You can also use pre-built templates for common enterprise workflows like compliance review, customer support triage, and incident response.
How many data sources can I connect?
Starter plans include 5 integrations. Growth and Enterprise plans support unlimited data source connections with 200+ pre-built connectors for popular enterprise tools.
How does the AI learn and improve?
Every agent action feeds back into our reinforcement learning system. When decisions lead to better outcomes, the AI learns what worked. This continuous feedback loop means Velora Studio gets smarter with every operation.
What are agent actions?
An agent action is any discrete task an AI agent performs — processing a document, making a routing decision, sending a notification, executing an API call, or generating a report.
Security & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption, differential privacy for our AI models, and strict access controls. Velora Studio is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is never used to train models for other customers.
Do you support SSO and RBAC?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include SSO (SAML 2.0, OIDC) and role-based access controls. You can manage team permissions at the agent, workflow, and data source level.
Can I deploy on-premise?
Yes, Enterprise plans include on-premise deployment options for organizations that need to keep data within their own network. We also support hybrid configurations.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can export all your data anytime and request complete account deletion. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days per our data retention policy.
What compliance certifications do you have?
SOC 2 Type II, GDPR compliant, and HIPAA eligible (Enterprise plan). We undergo regular third-party security audits and penetration testing.

What do the paid plans offer?
Growth ($499/mo) adds unlimited agents, 50,000 actions/month, unlimited integrations, SSO/RBAC, and advanced analytics. Enterprise offers custom pricing with unlimited actions, on-premise deployment, and dedicated support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, Growth plans come with a 14-day free trial. Plus, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.
Do you offer startup discounts?

How long does setup take?
